The Living Room Survived

Four little boys, ages 9.5 to 12 months, spent 3 hours trying to destroy my living room. They did their best, but my living room is stronger than I thought!

And even the new mother, who still is odd, was a lot more chilled out yesterday. I guess she really was just super nervous and scared of us all and was a little bit more direct than she normally would have been. Which gives me hope that next week she will even be better once she gets to know us and we get to know her a bit more.

Next week, two of the little boys have their first birthdays. One on Monday, the other on Tuesday. Which means Nicholas and I have two parties to go to!  I hope Nicholas will be okay for those two days, Monday morning he has his next well baby exam and another round of shots. We have a new Ped. and I hope Nicholas likes him/her better than the last one. He would cry as soon as he came in the room!

Well, I have a stack of really bad translated papers in english that need to be corrected. I had no idea you could slaughter the english language so much! And that from a professional translation office. Good thing they got fired, but now BB and I get to fix the mess.
